During her six-year tenure, Gutierrez played a pivotal role serving on the organization’s Project Review and Board Recruiting & Nominating Committees, shepherding the organization through strategic planning, and securing more than $610,000 in philanthropic investment to support the organization’s operations and resident services programming. Abode Communities is excited to continue its partnership with U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance through the appointment of Evju, who serves as its Vice President, Relationship Manager. Evju will leverage more than 22 years of affordable housing finance expertise to shepherd the organization’s vision.
