Our Benefits

Abode Communities will adopt a remote-first work model as of August 11, 2025 and our new corporate office will be located at 2420 E. Cesar Chavez Avenue in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. 

The organization will leverage its properties locations as additional office space to ensure those who wish to work in-office can do so. This approach gives corporate employees the flexibility of location without compromising team cohesion or performance.

Corporate employees enjoy a hybrid 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

Community managers, maintenance, and other site staff follow a traditional Monday through Friday schedule to support property operations.

Vacation

Eligible employees begin with 12 vacation days in year one, accrued after six months of employment. After the first year, employees earn one additional day per year, up to a maximum of 20 days.  

Sick Leave

Eligible employees receive 12 paid sick days per year.
