Imagine Village will feature 74 brand new studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments of Permanent Supportive Housing and affordable housing for veterans, families, and seniors.

UPDATE (January 10, 2019) – All applications submitted by December 24, 2018 have been assigned  lottery numbers. Lottery numbers will be mailed the week of January 14, 2019.

Abode Communities and Abbey Road will host a community meeting to distribute rental applications, review the application process, and confirm eligibility requirements. Attendance is limited to 1 – 2 adults per household.

Only one (1) application per family will be accepted. The application must be thoroughly completed, signed, and dated. Incomplete applications will not be processed. If selected, you will be required to bring all documentation to the interview listed on the “List of Required Documents” form.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt when you submit the completed application package. Please note that submitting a completed application does not guarantee your eligibility for an apartment. All documents in the application package are mandatory and must be completed prior to submission.

Only applications received between December 10 and December 24 will be invited to participate in the lottery. All mailed applications must be received by December 24 to be eligible.


A number will be assigned to each rental application. Applications will be processed by this number, in an order determined by a lottery.  The lottery will take place on January 4, 2019 and results will be sent by mail.

Applications received after December 24 will be placed on a waiting list after the last lottery number, filed by date and time of receipt.


Applicant households must meet the attached resident selection criteria requirements for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Please see the links below for property information, as well as income and eligibility requirements.
