Properties in Operation
Abode Communities actively manages property-based wait lists for residential communities not currently leasing, and you must contact the community manager onsite to be placed on a property-specific wait list.
Eligibility
Abode Communities provides housing for families, seniors, and individuals whose households incomes range between 30% and 120% Area Median Income, as determined by the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee’s current rent and and income limits. Most properties accept Section 8 Tenant Vouchers, in which case, there is no minimum income requirement. Rent and income limits are updated annually. Learn more about rent and income limits in other California counties here.
