Adams Terraces Wins Los Angeles Business Council Multi-Family Affordable Housing Award

Adams Terrace transforms two long-vacant urban infill sites into a vibrant affordable/supportive development serving seniors and chronically homeless seniors in the historic Los Angeles neighborhood of West Adams. The project offers 43 supportive homes, 41 affordable homes, and two manager units on two scattered sites. Connected through a shared architectural language, the buildings reflect the local urban geography and serve as a gateway to community, offering residents convenient access to a wide variety of public transportation and retail options. Residents enjoy balconies, elevated courtyards with city views, peaceful common areas, onsite property management, and complimentary resident and supportive services.
