Initially constructed by Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church to provide affordable housing to the local community, the property was later acquired by Abode Communities. Following the acquisition, Abode Communities initiated substantial renovations focused on ensuring the long-term viability of the development while maintaining affordability for residents who have called the property home for decades.
