Evergreen Apartments

Evergreen Apartments, which includes three residential communities in Long Beach, was purchased by Abode Communities in 1999 through a competitive RFP issued by Long Beach Community Investment Company. Abode Communities performed a major renovation to transform these properties into highly efficient affordable residential buildings serving families.
