Hart Village
Hart Village replaced seven blighted structures that were incompatible with the increasing housing density of surrounding buildings and overcrowding that larger households faced in the community. The development co-locates three-village-like multifamily residential buildings with a much needed early education center operated by the Children’s Development Consortium of Los Angeles. The early education center offers space for 48 preschool-age children to both Hart Village residents and the community at-large.
