Heritage Court

Heritage Court culminated from a five-year redevelopment plan established by the City of Downey Community Development Commission to address the dire need for affordable housing for the City’s large low-income senior population.  Heritage Court provides seniors with safe and secure affordable housing where they can age independently in place, with direct access to resident services via Abode Communities signature on-site resident services program, Beyond Homes. The site is also close to restaurants, shops, theaters and transit, further promoting an active lifestyle.
