Hudson Oaks
Hudson Oaks, originally built in 1971, was rendered uninhabitable after a devastating fire in 2005. Abode Communities’ thoughtful approach to rehabilitating and modernizing the development resulted in a vibrant senior affordable community that is connected to its surrounding neighborhood and adjacent Washington Park. Providing 45 affordable senior homes, residents enjoy a highly amenitized property featuring private balconies and porches, community spaces including courtyards with barbecues and a resident center with computer stations. Resident quality of life is improved through Abode Communities’ high-quality on-site resident services that support active, independent and healthy aging.
