Harbor View Place

Co-developed by Abode Communities and Mercy Housing California, Harbor View Place is the first phase of the master planning of the 20.7-acre Dana Strand Revitalization development, which also includes Wilmington Townhomes, in the Port-based neighborhood of Wilmington. Harbor View Place features a robust mixed-income, mixed-use community consisting of garden-style affordable family homes, and connections to the shared 10,000 square foot community center operated in partnership with Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Centers.
