How to Apply
Adams Terrace includes 43 supportive rental units for seniors (55+) experiencing homelessness or chronic homelessness, and 41 affordable units for seniors aged 55+ earning between 30% and 60% Area Median Income.
All supportive units are leased through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). To learn more about how to enter the CES or get support in finding immediate shelter, please visit Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.
Applications are accepted in-person, via mail at the temporary leasing office, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only one (1) application per household will be accepted. Submitting an application does not guarantee your eligibility for an apartment. All documents in the application package are mandatory and all documentation must be completed, signed, and dated prior to submission.
You will receive confirmation of receipt when you submit the complete application package.
All applications, including those mailed, must be received by close of business July 22, 2022 to enter the lottery. Applications received after the application period will be placed on a waiting list after the last lottery number, filed by date and time of receipt.

All applications received within the application period will automatically be entered into a lottery that will be held on July 25, 2022. During this time, each application will be assigned a number at random, and applications will then be processed by the corresponding lottery number. Applicants are not required to attend the lottery.
Applicant households must meet the resident selection criteria requirements for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, as well as the Project-Based Voucher program governed by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. Additionally, households eligible for Project-Based Vouchers must meet minimum supportive services participation requirements as a condition of receiving housing and rental assistance.
