La Veranda

Situated in the historic neighborhood of Boyle Heights in Los Angeles, La Veranda offers long-term affordability to families and families experiencing homelessness via a 65-year ground lease from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) to Abode Communities.  Abode Communities, partnering with Metro, engaged in an extensive community outreach process to develop this transit-rich affordable and supportive housing. La Veranda’s location offers residents easy access to public transportation, providing viable commuting options and connection to the community.
