Vista del Mar & Camino del Mar
Vista del Mar and Camino del Mar comprise the fourth and final phase of the New Dana Strand Revitalization in the Port-based neighborhood of Wilmington in Los Angeles. Fulfilling a 15-year vision for the redevelopment of a 20.7-acre post-war distressed public housing site, co-developers Abode Communities and Mercy Housing California transformed eight parcels of vacant land into 176 service-enhanced, affordable homes, including nearly 35,000 square feet of open and recreational space.
