LA Highlights: A Robust Pipeline Continues through 2021
West LA Commons
A revitalization of the West Los Angeles Civic Center, West LA Commons will retain and enhance the civic plaza concept initiated in the 1960s while bringing a wide array of amenities and diverse programs for community benefit. The proposed revitalization reflects the site’s history while elevating the neighborhood’s character through art, architecture, and an uncompromising quality of life for all. In total, more than 900 mixed-income rental units will be added to this resource-rich location, of which nearly 50% will be affordable, supportive, or moderate income. Learn More
