Las Brisas I & II
In an effort to enhance access to affordable housing, Abode Communities acquired the land for the Las Brisas community, initiating a comprehensive master planning process. The project was completed in two phases. In Phase I, Abode Communities preserved and rehabilitated 23 existing four-plex homes and built a new community center, childcare facility, and Cabrisas Park, a ½-acre green space that serves as the community’s centerpiece. Phase II focused on developing 60 additional residences and a dedicated resident center, seamlessly connecting both phases of the community.
