Harrower Village
Originally built in 1921, The Harrower Laboratory and Clinic has been transformed into Harrower Village, an affordable senior housing development featuring 39 homes. Residents will benefit from services aimed to help seniors age in place independently and will have access to abundant amenities, including a peaceful courtyard and community spaces.

Only one (1) application per household will be accepted. Submitting an application does not guarantee your eligibility for an apartment. All documents in the application package are mandatory and all documentation must be completed, signed, and dated prior to submission.
You will receive confirmation of receipt when you submit the complete application package.

Lottery
When the rental application is submitted, each applicant will be assigned a lottery number. Lottery numbers will be pulled at random to determine the order in which rental applications are processed. The lottery will take place on July 26, 2024 and applicants are not required to attend the lottery. Entering the lottery and receiving application assistance is free. If you are selected there will be a $25 nonrefundable fee to continue processing your application.
Eligibility
Applicant households must meet the resident selection criteria requirements for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, as well as the Project-Based Voucher program governed by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.
